Frank J. DeMattia

Frank J. DeMattia, 76, of Methuen, MA, passed away on Monday, Marc h 7th2022 at Royal WoodMill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Lawrence. He was born on May 12th 1945 in Stoneham, MA to the late Domenic and Irene (Spiers) DeMattia. He attended Somerville Trade High School in Somerville. Frank worked as a produce clerk in Atlantic Food Market until his retirement. Frank married the love of his life, Barbara on August 19th 1967. Together they raised their family of five children. He was a member of Mount Horeb Masonic Lodge A.F. & A.M. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his daughter, Christine DeMattia. Frank is survived by his cherished wife, Barbara (Schlecht) DeMattia; his adored four children Frank DeMattia, Jr. of Burlington, Jason DeMattia and his wife, Kerry of Methuen, Jennifer Conidi and her husband, Frank of Norwood, and Alicia Tusa and her husband, Joseph of Billerica; a brother, David DeMattia. He also leaves behind his loving grandchildren Alexis, Ryan, Domenic, Anthony, Ella, and Maxwell. Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend a funeral service on Sunday, March 13th 2022, at 1:00pm at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, 233 Lawrence Street, in Methuen.
