Elizabeth "Betty" Ann Cummings

Elizabeth “Betty” Ann Cummings, 92, of Andover passed away on Friday, January 14, 2022 at Academy Manor in Andover, MA. Born on June 16, 1929 in Boston, MA, to the late Gerald Joseph and Clara (Brear) Cummings. Betty worked at the Meyer’s Box Factory in South Lawrence, MA for twenty-five years. For 22 Years, Betty attended the Mary Immaculate Day Care Program in Lawrence, MA until the COVID-19 Virus forced their closure. Betty was always happiest when she was there, playing Bingo, doing Craft Projects and speaking with her friends, nurses, and staff members. The family of Betty wishes to thank all of the doctors, nurses, and staff that helped Betty through her many healthcare challenges during her lifetime. She is predeceased by her brothers, Thomas, Francis and Richard Cummings; sister, Clara (Cummings) Jones; and niece, Paula Dumais. Betty is survived by her brother, John Cummings and his wife, Jolene Cummings; and numerous nieces, nephews, their children and grandchildren.
