Dominica "Dianna" DeMarco

Domenica Dianna (nee Chiaramida) DeMarco, 91, beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother, died Thursday, October 31, 2013 in Methuen. She was the beloved wife of the late Ralph DeMarco. Born February 19, 1922, she was a lifetime resident of the Lawrence-Methuen area. Dianna retired at the age of 70 from Honeywell Company where she was recognized for her outstanding performance and work-related suggestions. Prior to that, she worked at the Converse Tyer Rubber Company. She loved cooking for family and friends and entertaining them with stories and lively conversation, and she was never too tired to care for a grandchild. Lovingly called Ma, Mom, Grandma, Nana and Mimi, by family, her selflessness and devotion to family and friends will always be remembered. Dianna will be deeply missed by her three daughters, Mary Jane Bachman, Rose Marie Vaughan, Josephine Parker and husband Frank, two brothers, James Chiaramida and his wife Yolanda and Joseph Chiaramida, three grandchildren, Diane Bachman- Fowler and her husband Gordon, Daniel St. Cyr and his wife Dorothy, Phillip St. Cyr and his wife Tina, and seven great grandchildren, Erik, Erinn and Ethan Fowler, Brianna, Daniel, and Julia St. Cyr, and Melissa St. Cyr. In addition to her husband, Dianna is predeceased by her sisters, Grace Iannini, Jean Marie Chiaramida, and Jennifer Savage. The family will receive visitors at Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, 233 Lawrence Street, Methuen, on Monday, November 4th, from 4:00-8:00 PM. A Funeral Mass will be Tuesday, November 5th, at 10:00 AM at the Corpus Christi Holy Rosary Church at the corner of Union and Essex Streets in Lawrence. The burial will follow at Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Lawrence. The family would like to give special thanks to Leo W.
